Damages and issues

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis in sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Address Change

If you would like to make a change to the delivery address please contact us within 48 hours of ordering! We will not be able to make changes after then due to our shipping schedule.

We will not provide refunds if you enter in address incorrectly and do not contact us within 48 hours of purchasing, or if you purchase with incorrect size so please be careful when ordering.

Order Cancellation

You have 48 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation for a full refund. This is due to our shipment schedule. Contact us through email for any request and we will do our best to accommodate to your needs.
